Congratulations on your 5 days!!!! My rebound pain was the worst for about 7 days and then gradually started to improve. By about 2 weeks I was feeling pretty good. (I am now in Pain Management and only using non-narcotic medication) Hope you will feel better soon. Keep up the good work and stay strong. Wishing you continued success...Deb
hey thanks for sharing your experience with me... I appreciate it. I don't know why others aren't posting, hopefully it's not because its such a general type questions. So I am thankin you Deb and bumbing my post because I am experiencing some severe pain today and I am just plain MISERABLE!!! with pain that is. Maybe another question i should be asking all, just to get some ideas, is what do you do for your pain?? If I am having this same pain by Thursday next week, there is gonna be NO way that I can drive to California AND I pretty much have to because I need to take my older sons furniture to my dads in Cali as he is starting college August 2... YAY for him to continue his education and my 12yr old son is visiting my dad now and I was gonna pick him up while I drop off my oldest. it was originally planned for this weekend, but because of the ct's starting this last Sunday, everybody thought I should make the trip the weekend after the 4th... my husband can't go with me then because he is in the military and they are having a big training event that week. So I have to drive.. but my pain is kicking my butt today... BAD. Ive been trying aleve.. ibprofen.. ugh.. almost everything over the counter. Im really not suppose to take anti inflamatorys cuz I have irritated stomach lining and the beginnings of ulcers... from my many yrs of using ibprofen.. which used to be my best friend for pain... sorry if I am rambling or not making sense... it am in so much pain that I wanna die.. btw took 800mgs of ibprofen about an hr ago and NO RELIEF!! :( Anything else I can try? oh, I do stretch, walk, exercise, heat... I am a fairly active person, but that seems to make my pain worse.
