I have been asking God to help me through this wd so much, and I need him so much....

My wife is getting ready to go to church with my daughter but just am to anxious and don't want to move around quite yet in a crowd like that,,,

I guess since using I've blocked God out, and walked not just a bad life with these pills but in so many other ways.... I guess the guilt is hitting me today....

To say no to my wife to go to church just felt sickening, as she just found out my addiction nightmare again, which I have once again put on her....

Thanks for prayers and support guys.... Just let these physical, anxiety ridden symptoms subside and let me care for my family starting tomorrow ;(

I agree. You don't have to leave the house to ask GOD's help. You already have. Hang in there. I promise things will get better if you stay clean. I've said a little extra prayer for you today too.

you can't take a small step??? OF COURSE YOU ARE!! you are taking a major step in getting clean!!  In the beginning the anxiety is bad, so much so I couldnt answer the phone, and many times couldnt even open up my laptop! let alone go out anywhere. In fact, I couldnt even sit up for many days, so pleas give yourself a break.
God knows what you are doing, and knows what you are going through, and God can feel your love from your house just as easily as from the church.

You have enough to deal with now taking this huge step in repairing your life for you and your family, please don't let ugly guilt come and screw with you, ok?
