Headache from ANOTHER addiction....

So all along I was relating my TERRIBLE headache to withdrawal.  Well, that is PARTLY the case.  I realized that during my cutting out norco from my life, I also was a coke zero junkie....I was so sick, that I only wanted water and gatorade, and NOT coke.  I am attributing the withrawal of the large amount of caffeine I was used to consuming to the heachaches I was suffering from and not the norco as today, as soon as I drank one coke zero, headache was GONE!

~one addiction at a time~ :)

!!!!  I used to be the SAME way with Dr. Pepper.  It's horrible isn't it?!  When I got to the point when I said "omg I need a Dr. Pepper"  I knew it was time to quit soda all together!!  I've been drinking more lately though, so I know that's why I've been getting more and more...time to binge on water now haha
