Oh boy I did!! Hadn't experienced in 17 years since pregnancy. But when I quit, it lasted, 3 months maybe? A long time anyway.

I thought it was because I was eating again. A lot. On pills I ate once a day, tops.

I had heartburn really bad for the first month. I tend to get it from time to time, especially if I don't watch what I eat. It was ridiculous though during detox. Even water would give me heartburn! I kept a steady supply of Tums handy and pushed through it. Just know that this will go away. Try to stay away from greasy, fatty, and spicy foods. Hang in there!
