Help! My new addiction

Since I stopped taking the pain killers, I can't stop eating ice cream sandwiches!!! Help, if I keep this up I am going to be the size of a cow!!  I know this is funny so you can take it that way.  If you have any suggestions I will glady take them, how can I stop?

i DID have to quit buying ice cream.  i was eating alot and gaining weight.  when i used i got really skinny.  NOT the case now.  i have gained 30 lbs and i am okay with that.  but no more.

I guess I need to subsitute something for the ice cream sandwiches!  I just have to find something that satifies as much as that.  I wish it could be excecise!!  Maybe I should try that and I will looses a few of the pounds that I have put on.

Have you tried those Weight Watchers fudge bars. I think they are 100 calories and really good. I used to cut one up in a bowl add half a banana and just a little choc syrup and lost weight doing it.

I believe the average weight gain I've seen on this forum is 15 to 30 lbs...seriously...
good luck..no advice..can't fit into anything either. Trying to eat less move more...helps, but my flesh is wwwweeeeeeeaak...

aalaboutmary-thanks I will have to try to substiute weight watchers ice cream and add some fruit to it in a bowl and hope that helps.  Right now I am sucking on lollipops.  I figure if I have something in my mouth I can't stuff my face!! Haha!!  Something has got to help.  I guess if you are not taking the pills, you make a new addiction!!

I think you are so right. we find a new addiction.. When I finish this, then I have to stop the smoking... not looking forward to that. I enjoy it. But my dad died of lung cancer... So I have to stop... One thing at a time........
