Help ! Using Ultram for heroin detoxing

Am trying to detox Heroin using Tramadol but scared to get Tramadol withdrawals which i take it to ease heroin withdrawals, what a game !!! anyways now i just passed 48 hrs from my last heroin dose, @ the first 24 hrs i took about 225 mgs of Tramadol, yesterday was a ****** awful day, i was experiencing the worst withdrawals ever ( my heroin dose reached 5 gms a day !!! ) so i took about 375 mgs of Trama !! for the past 12 hours i didnt take any Tramadol but am feeling like ****, i think i will take another 125 mgs for now ! Whats the maximum dose i can reach to avoid Tramadol withdrawals PS: am not willing to take it for more than 1 week..

Hi.  Obviously you know the badness of tram......but you're in a bad situation.  You need off of heroin too, right?  Yes.  If I were you, I would speak to a doctor about some other meds to help support you during WD.  You won't have them for too much longer.  A few more days at most.  The tramadol WD can last for weeks.  

Are you trying any of the Thomas Recipe stuff?  Some of the OTC things help a lot with the symptoms.  What is the worst symptoms so far?  Nausea, RLS???  Honestly, heroin is one of the few drugs I'm unfamiliar with, but I do know opiates very well, and there are meds that help the WDs.

Can you get some Clonidine?  it a blood pressure med to help with narcotic w/d.  I would go to a dr to see if they could give you something to help with w/d.  You can get physically addicted to Ultram.

Hi there--when you talk about your Ultram dosage, does that mean in one dose, or spread out during a 24-hour period? If you're taking that many at once, you are risking a grand mal seizure--and every seizure is a dance with death. I just want to understand what you meant.

Did your doctor prescribe the tramadol?
