Help i am soo tired.

<well after 4 yrs i finally got off of methadone, got on kratom and it was working fine, until the kratom stopped working.  been hooked on about almost 200 milligrams of oxycodone {not contin} a day orally and  have been taking about 1-1/2 mg of Xanax a day only for a month on the xanax and about 5-6 months of the oxycodone.i have some methadone to stop please someone tell me what to do so i can get off of this **** and not get hooked on the methadone please!
could someone who knows what they´re doing get back to me quickly before i go buy more oxycodone.PLEASE!!

Hang in there!!!!  The first few days suck big time for all of us, I promise you it will PASS!! I don't have any first hand knowledge on Methadone, but at one point was thinking about taking it because the w/d process on the opioids was getting to me, and I didn't think I could do it.
I was on about 100mg of Oxi's per day, combined with 75mg tabs of Tramadol, plus taking Vicodin and a little alcohol here and there. To tell you the truth Nicky, I don't even remember how much of what I was taking when I was at my worst 12 days ago. I am here to tell you that the pain and suffering, the depression were ALMOST unbearable for me. I was crying out to God to take me, it was so bad for me. I didn't want to go through ct, but I got through those first few days as hard as it was.
I found this great forum with such wonderful people who were just like me. Going through the same exact symptoms I was.  And I found by opening up about myself and my addictions, may have very well saved my life.
I know you think you're in the pits of hell, but it will pass. I promise!!
My pain mgmt. Dr. prescribed Clonidine for me for the anxiety and blood pressure, plus flexeril for the rls, it is a mild muscle relaxant.
Please don't go get anymore oxi's, they almost ruined my whole life, and I almost lost my husband, who is my hero.
Please keep posting here, so we can here how you are progressing.

kratom is horrible to come off of and will mess with the brain I have a couple friends have issues, as far as the methadone all your doing is substituting one drug for another. Quite honestly I would check out the Thomas Recipe AS T stated above and get ready for a rollercoaster, The good thing about oxys(In my PERSONAL experience) they are WAYYY easier to come off of than Methadone's LONG detox.( I have done both)
On the Oxy I was REAL sick or 3/4days then kinda sick but on an upswing day 5-8 and fine by 9-10
Don't isolate and know that we did the damage to our bodies and its reversible at this point but we have to suffer for FREEDOM
Just like many fought for theirs we do too!
And it is possible and there are MANY people on here who are FREE now..
Just know that its possible and we are here for you if you need.

Hey...I've been on both...methadone 8ys, was clean 3 months had pain went to the Dr & then my oxy nightmare began!!!...I was taking over 400mg of oxy a day & the withdrawals have NOT been fun!!..methadone was much easier, but u don't want to be chained to that for the rest of ur life...& chances r high!...I say just bite the bullet & stop CT...it wont be easy, but doable 4sure!!!...if I can do it, u CAN!!!...PLEASE don't go get more oxy!!!...just do this...dig deep!!!...its soooooo worth it I'm 4days clean today & things r starting to get much better!!!...look up the Thomas recipe at the bottom of the page, this will help ur symptoms...that & time!!...good luck!!!
