Help, i cant sleep

This is my third night without sleep! I'm on day 2 of going CT fron Trams. Is this normal? I'm going crazy..............................

Well, the heavy-duty attack is Seroquel or Zyprexa, 7 days max, but if you can get Klonopin or Valium for 10 days, that's the ticket, unless you have a big tolerance to benzos ...

The sleep thing is probably the worst w/d thing -- melatonin is beneficial (go to 6-9mg as necessary -- it's OTC) ... depends on whether you've abused benzos in the past. If not, they can really help, but hold it to 10 days max.

Have you tried hypnotizing your cat with a Filet 'O Fish on 20-lb. test-line? It's unusual, but you'll both have fun. Just something a little different ...

thanks everybody for great advice. i'm so sore but my brain is on overdrive. i just want to go to sleep and wake up when all of this is over. guess it's like paying my dues, ugh

Also try a hot bath or shower.

Yes unfortunately it is very normal.  Try taking 2 Benadryl.  Also Valerian root and Melatonin help a little.  No sleep can be one of the turfiest parts of detox. It can take some time but it will eventually come.

yea from what ive head, it appears to be a normal thing, this is my 1st night that i cant sleep after 13 days off pills....... hate it..., oh well, sleep will come... good luck to you
