Help!

I am 19 years old and i am proscribed 50 mg  vyvanse pills. In the past 24 hours I have taken 10 pill all together. I have not slept nor thought about going to sleep. I had a break down at work and started crying very hard for no reason. When I get up to do anything my vision goes away and i lose my hearing and all i hear is ringing.. Every time I move my body i through up stomach acid and foam. I haven't eaten one thing. Im sweating very bad and my chest kinda hurts. I extremely shaky. My face and my finger tips are very tingly. I really need your help on what i should do.

please call 911 if you do not have someone to take you to the ER immediately

Do you feel any better now?  I hope you're being evaluated in an ER somewhere...Let us know how you're doing.

I looked this drug up on drugs.com as I am not familiar with it and your symptoms fall under the "Get emergency help immediately if any of the following symptoms of overdose occur" section.
Have somebody get you to the ER ASAP!!!
