Here's hope for others starting

I'm 7 months clean for a 90-150mg oxycodone a day addiction. I spotted cold turkey. It took me 3-4 attempts before I finally called it quits for good. The first week is hell no sleep no appetite for the first few days. Than comes the month long drag thinking life's not easy or you don't know how to feel normal.l, well that's because your not used to feeling normal. After being clean for 7 months I feel amazing have a sense of humor actually feel pain again which is dumb to say but it feels great. Sleep is normal again along with the occasional nap life is great. So those of you starting your journey stick to it the road is rough and bumpy at first but turns into smooth sand by the end.

I'm only 7days in off oxycodone due to a couple back surgeries and my back is killing me. I'm feeling every little ache  it's driving me crazy.  I'm starting to get real fidgeting. I did take a Xanax last night and slept good. I got up took a little walk today to move around. Funny thing is that's why I started taking the oxycodone (by rx) because I was so scared of being in pain. But as my tolerance grew the pills stopped working and had my last surgery feeling all the pain lol. Backfired
