How long will it take and should I stop taking all types of drugs?

I've been using crystal meth for the past year. Up until now I didn't think it was a problem. Now my girlfriend has told me that I have to stop or she will leave me. I have severe ADHD,  reguraly smoke weed, and have 15 stiches in my face that I am on meds for. Do I need to stop taking all drugs including my pain pills and ADHD meds? And how long will it take untill I'm better?

At this point I'm going to go with out all of my meds although the withdrawls will be worse I will emerge drug free. This way I can keep drugs off my mind and stay with my girl friend.

You need to speak with your doctor immediately. Stopping the use of street drugs is one thing, but stopping a medication that is prescribed to you for a medical condition can be dangerous. We are not doctors here and cannot properly help you.

I don't abuse anything other than ice and weed. I was in rehab for prescription drugs and have stopped using them. I don't abuse my ADHD meds I use them for keeping me in line. And I haven't taken anything for three days now and the withdrawls suck!! Do u think my ADHD is making it worse?

You dont have to stop everything to quit the crank.  And quit the speed you should do. Your ADHD med is most likely an amphetamine. But the crystal is a death trap. How about trying to just use the prescription drugs as RX'd for a while?  That would be a good place to start.

Your an addict you can get clean but as in better so I can use drugs again that would be never.
  What pain meds are you on and what are you taking adhd meds are you on do you abuse them ?
