How to get off these stupid hydros

Well I have been on vics for about 5years it has ruined my life in every aspect , I get 120 of them a month (10milg) they r gone in 7 days if that. Then for the remainder of the month I get them off the street. I'm still using but as of Monday I will be out of them,I really want to stop taking them I'm just so scared I hate not being able to sleep at nite and being so depressed I went through wds last Friday and made it until Monday whn my script got filled can someone please help me I can't say anythng to anyone cause my family Is very judgemental and my boyfriend would kill me if he knew so can someone please help me :,(

Ok so I need some help fast today is day three of withdrawls my dealer just called and he has vics I'm so close to getting some I don't knw why I keep screwing up on day three please please help me say no god I'm a lost cause

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!  You are doing great you are almost there.  This is a good present to give yourself and your family.  Go to gnc and get some valerian root.  It is natures valium and it will help with the anxiety and it will help you sleep. Hang in there baby girl you are soooooo close.

Hi it's 1030am I went for a walk with my boyfriend it felt good I'm hoping today will be good because it's my bday and I don't want to put on a fake smile bob how had it been for u these last couple weeks clean what can I start to expect or hope for I just want to start feeling better thanks for keeping up with me

2 weeks ago, I was exactly where you are now.  This is a critical time for you.  You need to muster up the will to get through this.  Most of us on here know exactly how you are now feeling.  

Get through the day Nick.  Keep your mind busy.  EVERYTHING gets a little better after the end of day 3 and when you feel the physical symtoms going the other way, you will feel empowered to go the rest.  You ar SOOOOOO close girl, please hang in there.

It all comes down to how bad you want it.  Short-term pain for a lifetime of freedom.

Well here it is 330am I haven't slept at all this is driving me insane I'm so tired but can't stay still how long does the rls last i just would like some sleep I hate opiates god I hate them thanks for responding back guess I will tlk to ya soon
