I am withdrawals from suboxone

Today is my 5th day and my legs and arms are going nuts with the reslessness. My question is I have Clonidine my doc prescribed but his script only says .1 one a day which is not enough for me right now. I am losing my mind I just checked my BP and its 116/88 with a HB of 95. I should be ok to take anoth .1 Clonidine to take some of the edgeof this RLS? or no?

yea- clonidine did NOT help with the rls at all- but depending on your height/weight you should be careful with the clonidine. I am a skinny tall girl and my doc told me only to take a quarter of a pill every four hours... the pharmacists told me because of my weight not to mess around with those things... be careful-

I am so sorry to say, but Clonidine does not relieve RLS symptoms. It is meant to help stabalize your blood pressure and help with the sweats and body aching associated with spiking blood pressure.
The RLS *****, ugh, I feel for you. Hot baths, soaking your legs heat, will help. Potassium supplements and banannas will help also.

good luck to you. You can get through this.

You could just call any random CVS or Walgreens ETC and talk to the pharmacist.. I use to do that a lot when I was using and took too much and got nervous.. you can call anonamously... usually they are pretty good to answer questions.. just ask to speak to the head pharmacist, explain the situation. tell him the .1 isnt helping and ask what it could hurt to take another .1

Yea well I cant call my dr because he prescribed it for once a day so he will say no if I already took my one. Maybe I will try the pharmacist but I am afraid to cover his butt he to is going to say go by your script or call your doctor. Just seems to me .1 once a day is not enough. I read where alot of people during withdrawals were prescribed .1
3 times daily. My dr didnt want me off subs anyways so I think he is trying to make it kinda hard for me so I go back to them. Unfortunately I think he is one of those in it for the money.
