I can't sleep

Would it be wrong to take a sleeping pill?  I can't get to sleep at night. I feel as though I've just fallen asleep every morning when my alarm goes off.

Hey all!!!

I'm not sure if I'm almost done my withdrawals but I bought "ASTRAGALUS" it's a herbal and it says to take 2 tabs 3 times a day so I took 4 instead and I actually got 2 hours of sleep and my legs aren't so foreign to me!!! Try it, you never know!!

Is it an OTC aide or prescribed? Have you tried melatonin? Its totally natural and non habit forming. It worked great for me the first week or so during and after detox. Sleep has gotten better for me but still reach for them here and there. You can find them in the vitamin isle and there not too pricey. A little excersise followed by a hot bath with epsom salts especially if you have restless legs can work wonders to promote sleep. If that doesnt work you can try an OTC sleep aide some benedryl or some have suggested Nyquil as well. Kinda trial and error as to what works 4 u. As a LAST resort u could ask ur dr 4 ambien or the likes. Just beware they have the potential to be habit forming. I hope that helps some. Good luck sweets. Stay strong
