Most of you younger people wont understand that.  Had to DRAG myself to this stoooopppid trade show today and just wishing I had something to clear my mind.  I have made a small attempt at the Thomas recipie which did not work for me.  I have Celiacs Disease which means I cant consume anyting with GLuten and most vitamins and suppliments have gluten in them.  Oh well.....you should know my motto by now....

Keep hanging in there...it does get better.  I think that you are doing quite well for going through w/d's.  I wasn't able to even get out of bed without help for a whole week during my detox.  I know you feel horrible now, but you have a good attitude just the same.  I also really like your motto.  I've been 'givin it the finger' for 73 days now, and will continue to do so for the rest of my life :)

We are taking some CalMag from vitaminsthatwork.com...in reading over it we noticed it does NOT contain yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, wheat, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial color or flavor.  Check it out...we had some RLS as well as the sweats/chills/aches...all of our wd subsided after drinking this - after 3 days of drinking it.  
We can understand dragging out of bed and what a task that can be. We will send some good energy your way.  We are in the midst of our methadone detox (actually at the end).  Tomorrow we will take 15mg, down from 110 in Aug.07...we know that the worst still lies ahead but we are pushing lots and lots of vitamins and this stuff we are telling you about is so impressive - we really feel so much better.  We have ruled out the placebo effect because we had no expectations ... it took awhile to realize what was helping.
Best of luck...we received it w/in a week and we are in NC - ...keep posting and continue to give it the finger!
