BRAT dietfor the runs with Imodium - bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. May want to skip the bananas right now.
And for the pain - a nice hot shower or ahot bath with epson salts. Just lay back and relax.
You know with AA and NA they try to disassociate with GOD specifically so theydon'tturn off the ones that don't believe. But the principles were founded on Bill's letting go of his alcoholism and giving it to GOD to get better. And he did. But now they say whatever your higher piwer is, then that is what you believe. I truly feel tiu can only overcome with GOD's help but that is my belief.
But don't give up on the meetings bc you do not agree with everything that is said. You won't agree woth al of it or everyone that goes. But tslking and lustening willhelp you. The steps work. Take out if it what you need for yourself and don't worry about what others say or believe.

I started eating whole grain oats or rice when it was real bad. I didn't want to eat anything, but I think the amino acids and cleansing fiber helped. My travels have landed me with many stomach issues over the years. Plain brown rice worked for parasites, so I figured opiates apply. Westerners tend to eat too little whole grain in general, other than processed bread, so t's a good habit to form, which I'm sure you know. That's a fast drop, it will pass.

You probably need more water and electrolytes because your body is hanging on to fluid. Drinking more will get you peeing more and the puffiness should go down...get a little walking in between naps, too, and do some stretching for your back if you can.

I can't move now the paun and evryting is getting way worse im just going to trylay down nothing elswe i can do the runs is the WD's it's stopped now BUT it may start again at some point that's happened b 4 it's just temporary as the imodium made me feel ill and blocked me up. I had to take a smal break i was losing way to much body fluids but it's not going to last for long by the next 2 hour's it will take the codine out again.
But that's ok i'm not taking more i had to do something it is too dangerous to allow some things to go on when you got health problems as qell. Otherwise i'd stay offf everything to let it run it's course. All im doing is slowing the runs down for a mionte but everything else is getting wprse by the minute and i can just about deal with fluids. And the paranoi is doing my head in !!!!!!! The Guy upstairs is home on the sick and banging around above my haed and my ear's are noise sensitive. Its lucky i am in so much pain because i'm getting very anxious and vexsatious now. He can be right childish on times he grew up across the rd from me and younger. A spoilt B%$£! only Son AND the 'BABY' of 5 %$£"!!!
Ya, if you're not used to the fruit.....def. stick with bananas. Maybe some peppermint tea and toast. Lay off the codeine and take Imodium instead for runs.
Sometimes all that fruit can give you the runs too, I would maybe back off them a bit for a couple days.
