I'm 26 days clean of opiates!!!!!!!

Hey all... Today I'm 26 days clean of opiates. And clean from methadone a year and 18 days. I can't believe I have come this far! Now to kick this Xanax thing. Not so much of an addiction I don't think it helps with sleep and anxiety since no opiates in my system!!!! Grrrrr!!! Everyone keep in touch and thank u. I look coward to readingy post or posting every morning! God bless

Xanax has to be tapered..sure u know that tho
most peeps stop the narc first then the benzo....good luck to u..it is good to do a benzo taper with ur dr's help
