Withdrawal symptoms are very similar to a bad flu, runny nose, watery eyes, stuffy head sneezing, chills not to mention the horrendous restlessness, insomnia and the bathroom issues. So glad I'm over it. You will start feeling better pretty soon....God bless

Yeah it's completely normal and you could also be getting a cold which is also very normal.So I know that doesn't really answer your question but either is normal.Vitamin c couldn't hurt.
