Hi...for me it lasted about two weeks..it ***** .It was the worst part of WD for me.Sorry you are going thru it but just hang in there.Hylands Restless really helps some people.
RLS was a ***** for me too!!! Baths helped. I also was prescribed clonidine and that worked well. Ur doin great stay positive u can do it. It gets better!
Have you tried Valerian? It's a bit of a sedative and it might help. You can purchase it from a health food store. I am only on day 2 but I agree that the restless legs, arms and body are something that I would love to find an acceptable solution for!

Also take Magnesium, Potassium, Ds & Cal at night. I have heard many eating Bananas at night too. Try to avoid Caffeine and to much Sugars. Wrap some warm towels around your legs. This will soon pass in Time so have some Patience. This can be the worse part of "Kicking" any Habit.

If you're only lasted 2 weeks than I'm almost done!! They seriously are the worst thing ever! I tried the Hyland restless but that doesn't work. In have mirapex for rls but it doesn't seem to help me either!
Going to look into the valerian root tomorrow! I also have insomnia on its own so it ***** even more with all of this.
Never thought about taking those at night before, worth a try! I thank you :) when does the slumpyness go away, and energy come back?? On day 9 right now
