Congrats on your clean time! The darkness always subsides, and goes away faster with persistence and motivation. The physical symptoms for me, and many I talk to, are the easiest part of WD, especially bc they tend to dissipate after a few weeks and disappear after a month or so. Anyway, aftercare is extremely important no matter what form. I have never been to a meeting (21 months clean today), but I pray and have family and friends that support me. Anyway, time will heal all wounds. Cograts again and do not look back. God Bless SUnny :)
Your post is very inspiring, it reminds us that life WILL always get better, even when we are stuck in that dark place. Sometimes all it takes is a sliver of hope, and your post gives that. Keep up the amazing journey :-)
Congratulations thats awesome news, im only 1 week ahead of you. Great to hear your doing so well !!
How is your energy levels : )
Glad to hear you are doing well. A good support system is a must... for some it is NA/AA, for others church groups, others counseling. Just keep moving forward, rely on your support system, one day at a time! Congratulations on your sober time and keep fighting!
