hey guys just checking in. struggling with the shakes today...what can i do for that? football sounds like fun. i will def check it out. I'm def getting tired now. getting there 1 day at a time. im so happy i dont have to worry about scrips, **** tests, counting pills...etc..

Yep, it is strange how it moves like a turtle at first and then bang, it runs like a cat! You are right at the top of it and just swinging back & forth, hang tight the physical should be over soon. Then comes the Mental, but it does not hurt or uncomfortable, it is just hard to adjust too. This is the part that takes time to balance back, as your brain chems have to adjust back from the removal of these pills or any substance.

PS. We play a football pool over in the Social Forum on here. We are already into week 6. Just pick your teams that you think are going to win each week. Take Mons game and add the 2 together for your points. We do the points in case there is a tie. No Money, just for fun..Check it out and come on in..We need more players.

Hey Dude congrats on day 3...any day a addict does not use is a mirecal....your doing really well doing this in a couple of days the phyical part will be behind you.....then it is the mental mindscrew that starts we often say the detox is the ez part it is staying clean that can be a daunting task....life on lifes terms....you mentioned your up for meetings witch is huge the N/A progam keeps this addict alive and it took some time but I have lost the very desire to use so google N/A meetings in your area and set up some times to go now
