Congrats on your clean time! Pat yourself on the back as you have done all the hard work. As i always say, hold that clean time sacred and do whatever it takes to stay that way, your life depends on it~~sara
Thank you everyone I honestly can say I couldnt of done this without all of you and this awesome site. I read these amazing stories about what people have gone through and its good to see positive stories about people winning the war. I feel amazing again and I have all of you to thank.
I will never get sick of hearing posts like this. You are so inspiring. One day of appreciation with a clear mind is worth a year of mediocre days high. Thank you for sharing the wonderful part of this process. Keep on keepin' on.
I love reading these stories. It gives me such encouragement that I do have a future without pain pills. I had been offered some last night and I said no, I can't! It's hard to say no when you are coming out of a w/d, let alone hurting. Good job!
WOW, Great work!! Soon enough you'll be hitting the 90 day mark! What a great post, especially for folks just starting out. It is so true that it can only take a small surgery or incident to get us to use that "one pill", then were right back on our knees. Kudo's for resisting. Keep those days coming!
Nice post and congrats on day 29! Its good to know that we all have a light at the end of the tunnel. Its people like you and others on this forum who share their success stories to prove to us who are early on in our recovery that it can be done!
Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing!
Wow, thank you so much for posting! I love success stories! I'm on Day 3 of CT and to be honest Day 2 was 100 Xs worse! It's great to hear that you've made it so far and I'm beyond impressed that you turned down the script! That is AWESOME! I just posted about how I'm glad I've felt so bad because it will make me never touch another pain pill ever again. Keep on moving forward my friend...you're a bigger inspiration than you could even realize:).
