Hi Jessica ,  Great post , your story is what others need . Yes the first few days are a Bi*ch but when you start to feel better you know the fight was so worth it. You will feel even better as the days go by .
No pill is worth the trade of a  hour high that takes over your life , ruins your happy normal life for days , months , years .
Very happy for you ... Ron

Just want to say these  posts is what does it and I'm coming off if loritabs and stillll feeling better :) as many times as I have attempted this I am more confident now than ever thanks friends. Working out is a big thing it makes me start my day off better and blocks the stress and  depression and etc.... I still am getting scared cause I think about feeling that good moment in taking them but then i think about starting all over and that would totally suck so I'm just gonna keep on keeping on and for anyone who says how hard it is just think about the AWESOME outcome it's totally worth it

Congrats!! It's awesome to see such a positive post from someone early in recovery. It makes the ones thinking about it realize that it's not as bad as they think it is and that it just might be worth a shot. Great job and AWESOME post!! Such an inspiration :)

That's great Jessica! I'm going to bump your thread back up because I think it's great. It shows how on day 6 your feeling good. People need to read that because they are still trying to get there and I remember wondering what day I'd start to feel better when I was detoxing. Plus, I like how you mention exercising. It's sooo important and really helps with the detox.

Great job...keep it up.

God bless
