Made it Thru the Workday

So I made it through my work day and am about to go home.  It is amazing to me what a difference it made in how I feel to only take 2 first thing in the morning not 4.  But I did it and I made it though.  I had some horrible anxiety though.  Does anyone else get panic attacks where they get dizzy, turn white as a ghost and real shaky?  This generally only happens if I have a full blown one not just general anxiety.  God bless to all!

My Dr put me on Cymbalta 60mg.  I have noticed that since he switched me from Wellbutrin to Cymbalta they have gotten a lot worse though.  I did not get very good sleep last night, I woke up at 5:00 for good and now I have a 11 hour work day to try and make it through.  How are you?  What was your DOC and how did you get clean?

i had those kind of attacks.....my dr put me on celexa seems to be helping...is that a possibilty for u?......i had depression also though......the panic attacks may go away after a while.....i hate to sound bad but im over 2 months clean and they only got worse for me.....hope u find something that helps

doing well, my feet and legs are jumping off my body. But thats all.

The job site has me so stressed that all week is just one big "cut-throat,back stabb'n" blur.
