i am not judging but like they said one a day u should just stop taking them if u read other peoples stories u can see that if u keep taking em u will eventually go up to taking numbers that u thought u would never of imagined so definetly quite while u are on such a low dosage and yes the w/ds will suck no matter what sum people get em lil worese by that the amount and years spent taking certain drug. so just be strong and ull be fine u have to want to stop cause not only is it physical the mental parts hell to so u no what u gota do. and if u havent read any stories on here bout what people have done, taken. how many and what happaned u should, and realize that ur lucky to catch it b4 it gets to bad and it will TRUST me.
If you're already down to 1 a day, I would go ahead and just stop taking them altogether. As Lisa said, the wd's will suck for awhile but just keep reminding yourself that they will end. I would expect 4-5 days of feeling crappy - body aches and pains, chills, upset stomach, maybe trouble sleeping. You may or may not have these symptoms but it's good to know what to expect just in case.
Take lots of hot showers/baths, make sure you have some Ibuprofen and take it on a regular basis and drink lots of water. If you scroll down to the bottom right on this page you will see a section titled "Most Viewed Health Pages" and there is a link there for the "Thomas Recipe." I know a lot of people on this site use this to help with wd's. I didn't actually try it but I know some swear by it.
Most importantly, know that you are not alone and stay in touch and post on the forum. There are so many great, caring people here who will walk you through this and provide you with all of the moral and emotional support you will need.
Take care and keep us posted on your progress!
