Almost 48hrs sober

I am almost 48 hours sober, withdrawals aren't as bad as they were the last time I tried. Will they get worse before they get better? Someone please let me know. I am a little anxious, chills, guts are grumbling, restless although I can't really get off the couch. Any suggestions please help.

Im on day 14, and lulu is right, it comes in waves. Today was a crummy day for me. Felt very detatched from the brain, some buring skin feelings, but I keep trudging on. Still no sleep. Just want to sleep.

For me it comes and goes in waves-I'm on day six but everyone is different and different times of days bring different joys(:  Def. do the Thomas Recipe and take lots of hot baths with epsom salts.  I live in the bathtub this week.  Good for you and keep hanging in(:

I have been told they peak at around 32 hours. I myself have found that to be true. I can't say for sure that they won't get worse but for me they started to get better at 48 hours. Have you looked up the Thomas recipe?
