I can really relate as I am just now sleeping 4 solid hours a night! And then after getting up for hour am sleeping another 1.5 hrs. using melatonin sporadically and making sure my light cycle is correct.
So glad to hear you are getting sleep back!
I found this process to be hard but so worth  it......

I am 39 days!

Hurray Steve!!!!  As always you give me hope.  So happy you are sleeping better and keeping us updated because we need to hear that.
As for me, I am still sticking with my taper but it's weird that just cutting back that 1/2, I feel like I am back in heavier withdrawals.  Freezing again.  Hot flashes etc. etc.  I kick myself every time I read a post that day 3 is the hardest and it was that day that I fell into this brutal taper plan.  Anyway as long as I don't go up I am happy and I am still fighting.
Thanks for all your support and keep posting.
