NEED HELP DESPERATELY WITH OXYCODONE WITHDRAWAL

I have been on oxycodone for 2 years, it started out with 5 10/325 percs a day to now being prescribed 4 30mg roxys a day but when I get them I go way overboard and then for 2 weeks I have NOTHING unless I find some to buy, its sickening to the point I just want my family NORMAL  again, I have none left now and I'm totally sick of living this way, I had one total yesterday and I'm felling the withdrawals now, I can't sleep, I'm aching all over, later today the chills and sneezing and more pain will happen,I want help from my dr and I go to a pain clinic but I have a reg. dr also in which I havent been to in like 6 months so I dont know if I can go back, Ive read alot about withdrawals and what I need like in the Thomas recipe, I'm pretty much broke though right now and would love to try some things but cant, I will try to get what I need tomorrow and see if I can get a dr to prescribe me valium, clonodin because my blood pressure is high anyway and when I dont take my meds its through the roof, I cant take meds to make me sleep all the time as I have 2 children that are in school plus need me, I'm confused, and wonder if my dr will even help me, hes a suboxone dr too and Im afraid he will want me on it which I dont want either. Any advice?
