Day 30 ............A Landmark!!

Just wanted to let everyone know how much better I FEEL, Today is 30 without any hydro. and the past few days have started to be a lot better, I don't want to discourage anyone by the time frame because alot of folks here felt better much sooner. I just used for a long time and maybe that was what kept me screwy.
I still crave a little but not to bad and wish I could have bottled up that cold feeling, it is warming up here and I feel it now!
Still got to work on the anger issue but, I haven't lost it to anyone for a few days,and that it a good thing!!
Just have to think a minute and control myself.
