congrats on 4 days....sleep was awful for me during wd/s....i tried many things....still had trouble...i think melatonin is a good thing or maybe an otc sleep aid just to use for a bit...honestly it took about 8 weeks to finally get back in the normal sleep zone...but we all are different...you might sleep well in 2 weeks...don t worry...sleep will come...wishing you zzzzzzz s....take care....maria
Just wanted to say congrats on 4 days clean now. Sleep and energy issues after quitting seem to take the longest, but it will get better. Look in the health pages here in the top right of this page. There is a lot of good info in there including the thomas recipe and amino acid protocal which can help. Melatonin works well for some, myself included to help with sleep. Are you craving yet?
