I just have to say I agree w/everyone else.I will comend u for ur honesty.U r tearing up ur liver girl i know i was taking that much myself btw.I know ur going through a tough time and the percs r MASKING some of the pain but really thats about half n ur mind.I remember and know from a lot of others opiates make u think ur doing better, feeling better but r very emotional&dnt even realize it.U r probably having trouble sleeping in part cause of the opiates.
Agreed, you're on a pretty hefty dose there and mixing oxycodone with any type of benzo is asking for trouble. I would also be concerned about your liver, assuming the percs have APAP (tylenol) I did some damage to my liver and I rarely exceeded the recommended daily dose of tylenol (4,000 mg)
You will gets lots of support here if you ask and you might consider talking to your doctor about your situation, you are putting your life at risk. The withdrawals pass relatively quickly, I'm only on day 6 but I am already noticing that things are changing for the better in my life. I decided to go back to school for my masters, something I never would have considered if my mind was still numb from all the pills I was taking.
Please stop the percosets... they are very strong an I agree with coconuts I used to fall asleep also with cigs in my hand... That stuff is so so so bad for you...
I agree with ibkleen. You should talk to your dr or pharmacist. Sleeping meds and pain pills can be dangerous. I used to fall asleep with my cigarettes burning when I did that. Luckily my bf was here to keep me from burning down the bedroom. Then he recorded me, and showed it to me when I was sober. That was enough to make me quit mixing.
Hi June,
You are concerned about the sleeping medication but not about abusing pain medication? That is scary. I hope you realize that the pain pills can and may kill you if you continue like this. Should you decide it is time to come off of them we can help you and support you here.
In the meantime, you can google interactions or ask the pharmacist. We don't provide information such as this in this community.
I wish you the best and hope that you stick around.
