My only issue now is treating the legitimate pain I have :-( I had such bad neck/head pain yesterday that extra strength tylenol would not touch...Anyone have any suggestions? I went for a message and a visit to the chiropractor. That helped a bit as well as ice packs, but yikes, I could hardly function. Usually I would take a Vic and go on functioning.
Any one know of any non addictive medications that might help with chronic pain?
Thanks a bunch!
Amy

Congrats on Day 5:)) I am glad to here you are doing so good. I am on day 10 and didn't really start feeling well until day 9 so you are doing great. Something that I did that helped a whole lot with energy and muscle aches was I ate lots of bananas and I drank chocolate Ensure. The ensure tastes really good and it has all kinds of good vitamins and minerals in it. The bananas obviously have the potassium which helps with rls. Hang in there and keep on keepin' on...haha
