YOU CAN GET IT AT WAL-MART AND PROBABLY YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY AS WELL. WD'S DONT LAST FOREVER AND EVENTUALLY SLEEP WILL RETURN AND YOUR LEGS WILL CALM DOWN (ITS LIKE THEY ARE THEIR OWN SEPERATE ENTITY IN THE BEGINNING) CONGRATS TO YOU ON TAKING YOUR LIFE BACK! YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS.
Well honestly you're prolonging it by continuing to take 1/2 a pill a day. As long as you're healthy and not pregnant you should just quit so you can start feeling better (get the clean time rolling). As long as you're continuing to keep the pills in your system you're not going to see any improvement. I'd go ahead and stop now completely, load up on the Thomas Recipe vitamins/supplements, get some epsom salt for baths, bananas for RLS, and melatonin. All those really help! We're cheering you on and you're doing great! We just want you to start feeling better sooner :)
Hello! I am trying to quit too. I haven't gotten that far as to only be taking 1/2 a pill yet, but I will get there. One thing that has helped me so much when I have not had any at night and started feeling the restless legs when I lay down, is to run a hot bath, as hot as I could stand it, soak for as long as I could stand it, and then dry off and go jump in the bed, naked. It feels wonderful, the feeling of the heat in your body and then the cool bed on your skin. You should try it. It would always make me fall asleep really fast. I hope that it works for you too.
