Not doing well today

Hi everyone.i think this is day 3 or 4 with no Percocet.  Bad bad bad day. So sore all over my body, hot cold hot cold, chills sweating chills sweating. I thought the restless legs /body thing would only be at night. It's been consistent all morning. I don't want to do anything. Only eating soup and dry cereal. Very sad. How could I let this happen to me. How could I do this to myself. I don't know how I'm going to get through this. I almost texted my source this morning to beg for more so I can feel better today and deal with this crap another day but I didn't do it. Almost did.

Cut your sources to those pills.  That is nothing but a mental mind screw.  I know you feel bad right now but we have to go thru this to get to the other side.  Our body needs to heal and rid itself of all the toxins.  You are doing something really good for yourself.  Try and change up your thinking.  You dont have to be a prisoner to these pills anymore.  Recovery is wonderful~

Stay strong and maybe watch tv, read a book, or get to a meeting if you can.  If you give in, you will just have to start over.  Keep telling yourself you will never have to go through this again if you stay clean.  I started looking at the pain of WD and being one step closer to freedom.

Don't give in. Keep pushing. Day 3 or 4 is great!!! You should be rounding a corner soon. Breathe... Distract yourself. You CAN do it!
