Just give yourself some time. I believe this is a residual WD which tends to happen time to time. It will get alot easier and you will feel alot better but all you can do is give it time. Its so worth it in the end. Stay strong and be positive. Take it day by day and always remember you never ever want to go back where you started. Best of luck to you! Also you never know....you might just be catching that flu bug.

Tyrosine did really make me anxious. I took 4 1000mgs a day like it said on the bottle and I realized 4000mga is a hell of alot. You have the most experience on this site and Ive listened to you from day one. I will definately look into the b12 and bcomplex. Is there anything more specific? Theres so many things in that store.
The specific B12 and Bcomplex shouldnt over amp you at all - not like tyrosine......keep it down to one pot of coffee in the morning!!

What you are having now is residual w.d. All the the receptors damaged during your active addiction are not normal yet. That is why natural energy and happy feelings are the last to restore itself to normal after long term addiction. They will restore, but it takes time. People think that the actual w.d is the hard part. Its not, its once you are actually clean. It will all come back, trust me. Just give it time...
i feel exactly the same as your first post. Not as much clean time as you but i thought i would get alittle better each day. I havnt taken any vitamins but eating alot of fruit. Seems to help. Maybe your immune system is week right now and you are catching something. Dont work to hard. youve helped me and i appreciate it. Stay Warm
Green tea is good.....I would highy recommend a sublingual B12 and B complex - - you ca get it at Walgreens its made by Puritan Farm I believe......you use an eydropper to put the liquid under tongue.....no nasty taste. Strong B12 with several others and is good for energy and mood...
And will this green tea help? I heard its real good. I dont want to put anymore pills in my mouth anymore (I mean VITAMINS) Id rather drink something or eat something healthy. Can someone tell me whats so good about green tea and what are the best foods to eat? I eat a lot of eggs and have turkey sandwiches a day with a ton of lettuce which I heard is good. What are the BEST foods? (besides vegetables)
