Narcotics will make you constipated (Even without you noticing symptoms) which can in turn cause reflux. You should get on a good pro-biotic ( they sell good ones in the health food stores in a capsule form) which will help restore all of the "good" bacteria in your GI track that you have killed off with pills. Being constipated also allows toxins to be absobed into your blood stream making you feel tired, sluggish, depressed and more likey to use. You can also take Myralax which pulls water into the bowels. I bet if you try the things i desribed your stomach and every addicts stomach will feel better. The pro-biotic also works for diareaha which can be happen when you are going through withdrawals.
I'm not far ahead of you and i still have some stomach problems but they are getting further apart. Yes i still get very emotional and cry easy, i hate that!! your doing great it will get even better.

lol my workout suppliment i take on days i work out is freaking slammed with caffiend and b12 im already addicted to caffiene. It actually helps me out when i feel down in the dumps and need a pick me up. Rather drink some caffiene then to get some pills. LOL atleast the caffiene crash isnt nearly as bad as freaking hydro and oxy w.ds lol
I really wasnt trying to get you into caffeine - that was true but meant as a joke! I have had more luck finding celestial seasonings at health food stores, but some regular grocers carry it - they also make one called Sleepytime and its really good for pre-bedtime .....
I dont drink anything but water all day sometimes with lunch ill have a coke or sobe green tea. But ive heard of morning thunder before can u find that at any grocery store?
Celestial seasonings also makes a tea called "Morning Thunder" that has as much caffeine as is legal along with all kinds of other herbals to amp you up!!!
That's cool you are going to take a swing at the nicotine thing next. You'll notice such a difference with your endurance level when you work out after you've quit (also when it comes to appetite - which is a big deal when on a high protein diet for weightlifting). But I'm going through the quitting thing right now. And honestly I think it's easier to quit when you aren't at the top of your game and feeling the best. Because if you can avoid the temptation not to smoke when feeling stressed out - the good days are a breeze not to want to smoke.
O.O no caffeine pssssshhhh now your just talking crazy talk lol
I had a gob of stomach problems also - I found that otc prilosec was about as good as anything for a short term fix....maybe be careful about caffeine intake...
