Taper off

Been taking 12 norco daily for a month. I have tired to stop and I get sick.  I have 40 left. How should I tapper off?

Sudie is correct, no one can give you that advice but maybe you should talk to a doc.  If that's not an option, google the hell out of tappers with opiates.  Is this the first time you have been on opiates for a month?  Do you have a prior history?  All these things matter.  The only advice I think I can give you is to cut that 12 a day right off the bat by around 4 per day and start from there.  Just remember, the goal of tappering and taking them is not to feel high, it is to keep WD minimal or at bay.  Don't take enough to feel high, just enough to feel better.  I can no longer tapper, it doesn't work for me.  I hope you can because it makes kicking a lot easier.  Good luck, I will pray for you.

hi, i am afraid we arent allowed to give out tapering plans on here, thats because everyone is different and it needs professional advice, it would be best if you could ask your dr. for help if you want to taper, best wishes.
