One Week!!!!!!!!

I made it one full week and I am feeling great, been working out and eating healthy.....I coach at a local MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) gym and even my friend noticed a huge change in my personality, demeanor, and overall attitude.....I like this new me, and I here to stay, I feel like I did when I was a happy go lucky teenager free of drugs again

You like the new you? I LOVE the new you! I actually liked you very much right from the first. However, there's an energy and excitement in your current posting that's different from the anxiety, sadness and defeat of your original posts. Your transformation has been awe-inspiring! I'm looking forward to each time you show your beautiful, true colors in your future posts.

HEY good to here your feeling well so soon ride the wave dont get discouraged by a bad day now and then its part of the heeling process
congrats on your forst week clean your off to a good start keep going to the meetings you get out what you put in and aftercare is critical to success
