Welcome Mozer, you will also find support on the Bipolar Forum.
My Psychiatrist has a complex plan of increasing certain Bipolar meds, while decreasing Norco doseage & dosing schudule.
My Psycologist is on board and I've visited a Pain Management clinic.
You need nerves of steel. A war plan. A 100 day plan.
I used to just ct and I'd be fine.
Check with the prescribing Drs. If you can Ct great.
If they need you to learn new coping skills as you taper to prevent relapse, you are at the right place for help.    Pamela

Maybe a good option for you would be to talk openly with your doc and come up with a well organized taper plan. I did c/t and just worked through it.  It wasn't so bad, kept my mind off my misery. The fear of life without pills was much worse than actually living it. I didn't have any other psych diagnoses complicating matters though. That's why I think a trip to the doc would be your best bet,
