Seizure like shaking during sleep

I am 24 years old. I have been prescribed percocet 10/325 for a little over a year now. My dr gives me 100 pills every 25 days. These pills only last me about 20 days. I think I've become dependant on them. I've started taking them not only when I'm hurting physically, but emotionally as well. I have surgery every other Wednesday,  and need them for pain. Is there any advice someone can give me for how to take them for physical pain and not emotional pain?

Taking them for the feel good factor is the first sign of addiction.
What surgery do you have every 2 weeks? I think you should discuss this and the shaking during sleep with your Dr.  It could be signs of withdrawal.
Ask Dr if there are any alternatives that are non addictive.
.
Try keeping a diary of when you use them and why. Work out how often you take them for physical pain and how often for emotional or the feel good factor and then try to take them only for physical pain. substitute an activity for when you have emotional pain to try to raise your serotonin level. It will not be easy as your body will crave the drug for the feel good factor. Addiction is no easy to deal with and you need lots of support
