Norco abuse for 5-6 years. Liver damage?? SO SCARED

Hey guys!
I have been taking 4-6 norcos 4 - 5 times a week for a good 5-6 years now and lately I've been feeling some abdominal pain and its really been scaring the **** out of me. I went to a doctor and had a blood test done and he told I checked out fine but that was about 3 months ago and now the pain seems to be slightly worse. The pain isnt always there but usually happens 50% of the time (when I take it that is) I am currently 21 days sober and really havent felt too much abdominal pain since but still scared to death that I have killed my liver and am gonna die or something. I would like to go to the doctos but I have no insurance and even if I get insurnace and they find something they wont insure me. Can anyone tell mw what to look out for? if I over did it and I should be worried..anything

and where did you come up with 600 mg of acetiminiphen ? Where do you get that number from? I thought its 10/325 so you take 325 * the number of pills I was taking which was on avg 5 a day so that would be 1625mg no?

Thanks so much Ben for answering my question. The truth is I was sober and took 4 pills today and the abdominal pain came back and it hurts. I also feel extreamly tired...to the point where I can barely keep my eyes open. Did you feel any abdominal pain? Could it be something else? Im so scared man

600 mg of acetiminiphen is well under the recommended daily maximum. But it is toxic and taking it daily for a long time is not recommended. Nothing but thorough liver tests by a medical professional can tell you for sure unfortunately. I took quite a bit more than you did for longer, got the proper tests, and my liver is fine. If you don't nuke it beyond recovery, it will heal itself (only organ that regenerates).
