How do I post to just me friends?

I have been on this site for a while now, here is my time to tell all my friends I relapsed this week. I don't remember how  many Oxy's I took yesterday I don't want to know, I couldn't sleep and when I got up I just felt like the world was ending I  couldn't find the will power to get out of bed. Now I have to start over, I am seeing better what it is like and what it will take for long term sobriety and it looks so damn far away from where I am. When you relapse you feel so guilty, plus I feel like this disease will beat me in the end, Wow that's not motivation enough? This **** *****!

Hey, I really wish I had seen this when it was posted.  

We came to mh at the same time, remember???  You know how many tims I fell.  Every single person here knows what you're dealing with.  Don't look to your destination from your starting point, it makes it appear to be much too onerous a task from that distance.  Look to your next step, you next day, hour, minute, whatever it takes.

Reach out for help.  Lean on those who have pledged you their support.  They WANT to help you but can't if you don't let them.  

I hope things have improved since you posted this.  You are worth it to figure this out.  Please keep us posted.  Wishing you success.

Well, Im not sure how you can just post to your friends here.  Actually, all the people here are my friends so..
I guess you can click on their names and send them notes or messages??
