Percocet withdrawl a little better today

Well I still am battling anxiety. Want to move and scream. My family does not know that I had a problem or that I am withdrawling. I am too embarased. If they only knew that I stole Iv drugs for my own use they would leave me. I just want to be normal again and not crave the drug.

Get up and move around as much as you can.  That will help some.  You also at some point really need to talk with your family about your addiction.  Our secrets keep us sick......sara

i agree. get sum exercise. i remember whle i was withdrawling the first couple of days i forced myself to the y and worked out by swimming and walking on th tredmill. im not gonna lie, i really had to force myself. but i did so good and felt so amazing afterwards that the positive feeling outweighed the anxiety i was having earlier. good luck to ya. each day will get a lil better then the last.

It really helps the anxiety to get up and do something physical, even if you don't feel like it.  I guarantee you will feel much better.  Even a nice brisk walk perhaps with headphones and music.  Anything to get the blood flowing and yer mind off of yourself.  We tend to think and think about it and wallow in self pity.  And that;s NOT a good thing.  YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
