Thanks, i am on day 4 and already almost over the w/d's, and about the walking... we rode our bikes yesterday, went about 8 miles, but stopped at a friend's house and drank some beer and we should of never done that, bcuz we were feeling better yesterday then today, LESSON WELL LEARNT. I have some bad cravings today, other than that not to much energy, legs are cramping a lil but it might be from riding my bike lol, keep doing that and I'll never know if it's the w/d's right?

Hi Ind it is good you are both doing this together.. first congrats on 2 days.. day 3 and 4 are usually the worst but then you start to feel a improvement.. the meds you have will help a lot.. add on drinking as much fluid as you can.. any gator aid that would be good restless leg and pain hot baths.. now your going to think I'm nuts. but you both need to start walking.. force yourself. if even just dragging yourself around at first it helps with anxiety and rls get those feel good endorphins flowing in your brain again. it helps to speed up the wd. otc meds that would help benadryl for the runny nose. hylands restful leg for rls..Hang in there both if you.. freedom from our active addiction is attainable and so worth the fight..

yea I get the oxys to but i don't take them, I like the percs but I hate them at the same time, my fiancee takes the oc's we were taking anywhere from 14-20 pills a day so u should be able to tell us about the withdrawals unless u never made it that far. I don't think we will make it to far, I know about the suboxone, our freind was on them, we had them before they say they are just as bad! Good Luck @ u!

                                                                                                             Thanks

I was taking any where from 14- 20 10/325's a day, or what ever milligrams I could get a hold of, the bad part about this is my fiancee is hooked on them to, see I also get 60 40 mgs of oxycotins a month to and he takes them, I take the percs, I hate the oxys. Anyway wwe are on day 2 and I feel a lil better but the cravings are terrible and we have no energy, runny nose, the runs, joint pain, insomnia, got klonopin and ambien tho to sleep. Thanks  and some input on the withdrawals would be greatly appreciated
