help

Idk if I am gonna make it!! Anxiety so bad feel like getting sick and legs throbbing...why it's day 4??? Already walked and working so can't keep leaving my office....

You can do this.   Imagine if you had the flu and it last 2 weeks...you'd have no choice but to grind through it.   Just one day at a time.  You'll feel SO MUCH better in a few more days...hang in there...

It's ok you are gonna make it. I know that doesn't seem possible now, but this is day 5, a possible peak, and you should be feeling better soon. Work is a very good distraction. Keep pushing through. Treat yourself well when you get home, and don't do anything but rest. It gets better. Hang in there!

This is normal. Honestly it won't be till day 7-10 that you will start seeing bigger improvements.

You are at work. Try to stay focused on that. Oh I know - easier said then done. Believe me.  There are things you can take over the counter that may help. CALM and Sam-E have helped many. The day is almost over. Just try to breath through it.

You can do it. Tomorrow is day 5. Slowly going down hill.
