Quick Thomas recipe question??

Going cold turkey starting tomorrow and have everything listed for the Thomas Recipe, and some Clonidine to throw on top of it all.  I've been through this before and the sleep issue is what drives me crazy!!  Is the Valium supposed to help with sleep, or should I try to get a sleeping aid to help with this?  I don't want to throw to much **** into my body, but I also want to get some sleep. I've tried Flexeril and Benedryl in the past with no luck.  I'm hoping the Valium will knock me out for a few days, but any advice on sleeping would be greatly appreciated!!

Be careful with Clonidine, it works on your blood pressure and because of the way your blood pressure fluctuates during withdrawal it can kill you if you misuse it. Best of luck.

first couple days valium is almost a must if u want at least 2 hours of sleep! i got the l-tyrosine, that stuff made me have quite a bit of anxiety hand shaking and stuff, i just quit it after 2 days of trying it. also imo benzo arent addicting..unless u like to feel dry and gross. if u get major pains/aches over your body, hot bath is for sure the answer, limited relief tho..good luck, we all wish u the best.

glad you have decided to take your life back.  yes the valium should help with the sleep issues.  remember though it too is very addictive so use it only when you have to and stop it as soon as you can.  good luck and keep posting, it helps so much.
