Eat lots of bananas. Wrap your legs fairly tight with an ace bandage. Take brisk walks in the afternoon or early evening. make sure you are well hydrated.
Other than that, it does go away eventually.
I can't find that here, I'm in ontario. I just looked it up and apperently I'd need a rx. I've tried cal/mag, Q10 and thyrine to no avail. If only this wasn't part of withdrawl.
Usually in a couple of weeks. some people have had good results with Hyland's RLS supplement.
