Way to go!! Good job on getting ur life back. I am quite new to this forum myself, but these people are a Godsend!! After the 1st initial period of wd's....you'll start to feel better day by day. I am 33 & first started on narcotics at the ripe old age of 18. 1st time from a dentist then had an accident(fell from a loaded car trailor...bout 10ft) and been on em ever since. Let me tell you, EVERDAY I say I wish I'd never started taking em. I went from lortabs to percs to methadone(aka the DEVIL)!!! I do not care who you are, how you got to this point....YOU deserve a whole healthy life free of pills!! You can do this. Have faith, talk to anyone who will listen. There is a lot of ignorance in this world & people will judge you. Forget em, they just dont know what ur goin thru......whatever ur feelin come to this forum & vent! Pour ur heart out, u wont be judged, u'll be LOVED, & made welcome!!!
and immodium for the runs... if you can add some epsom salts to your bath, it will help your muscles to feel better for a while... and most of all, feel positive, this is mostly a mental battle.. GOOD LUCK :)
HI welcome here :)
good suggestions have been already given... eat a protein rich diet and potassium food like bananas, apple, spinach, nutcrackers, tomato soup ..., vitamins complex, B's vitamins.....go for long walks, exercise will help your body and increase your serotonine levels....
jewlz had alot of great ideas of good thing to try .. Dont beat yourself up . It will take its natural course to get your of system but in a few days you will feel alot better .hang in there .
Hi there! You will want to get some potassium, that will help with the jumpy crawly anxious leg feelings, also cal/mag/zinc supplements help as well. Along with the melatonin, try valerian root. L-Tyrosine is also good to help rebuild healthy glandular function! You can do it!! Good luck!!
