We agree that the ER is the best option now. Anytime you overdose (no matter the intention or the source of the medication/drug), you need medical care.
We urge you to seek professional medical treatment as soon as possible.
Please let us know how you are doing.

Those are all tough questions that can't really be answered on the internet.
Great info nursegirl, as usual. Having never taken amphetamine, I truly believe that you are having an overdose. I hate doctors and still agree that the hospital would be the best decision.
will my bp return to normal soon or stay low? when will the other symptoms disappear? will any symptoms disappear then come back? am i really gonna be awake for 2 more days? is this still potentially life-threatening? sorry wanted to ask a few last questions so I can stop bugging all of you nice people for awhile. and i definitely plan to hang around after im passed all this

You are still hypotensive, and the way you feel (the sweaty/cold feeling and dizziness) could be from the adderall overdose, not the sub w/ds.
You're not nearly out of the woods yet, because you ingested an extended release formulation. Crushing an XR med doesn't negate the extended release component of the med completely.
I really wish you'd go to the ER. If something is really wrong (ie cardiac, organ failure, etc) the longer you wait, the harder it will be to reverse.
He heart is a muscle and organ in one. You surely tired it out, but I would doubt did permanent damage. You should take it easy for a few days for sure. At least they where pure amphetamines, no street impurities. The hit/cold at once starts happening in sub detox, or it did me, but the adderall is surely making it worse. Fast heart and sweats are likely detoxing the sub faster than normal, all that water flushing through you too. I hope you hang around after all this and keep getting support and making friends. This is a cool site. Once you taper below 2mgs it starts getting more intense. The more the merrier I always say. Most of us go through insomnia for awhile too, so it's nice to chat all times of night.
