Thank you all so much because of you I called another doctor and he was on call and actually answered the phone...He is going to see me on Friday and said it is INSANE for me to be on such a low dose so early in my recovery. It is going to cost me another $150 and I just called the pharmacy and they will cover the meds since it is a new dose...oh my god I am so happy I could cry I just want to get well so badly I was just offered vicodin today and I said NOOOOOOOOOO I quit. and I want to keep it that way!  Thank you all so much for your help.
